I honestly can’t fault them, they are one of the most versatile agencies I have worked with (and I have worked with a lot over my time). They are extremely agile and very receptive to feedback, jumping on calls at the drop of a hat to ensure everything was translated correctly, very clear on timings and when to expect stuff (which incidentally was always delivered when promised) and very adaptable to client changes made during the process. All files were delivered earlier than we expected to the expected level of output.
I would highly recommend them. They will work with you not against you, are very transparent and honest, not afraid to ask questions and keep you up to date so you know where everything is at in the process.
