These terms cover use of the Site only. They do not govern any project, services agreement or statement of work between us and a client, which will be set out in separate written terms.

We are a CGI animation, motion design and video production studio based in London and Oxford.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation. Use the Site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. 4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including showreels, films, animations, images, designs, text, graphics, logos and the “Frantic” name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Much of the project work shown on the Site was produced for, and may be owned by or licensed to, our clients. It is displayed for portfolio and promotional purposes.

You may view and temporarily download content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, exploit or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. No part of the Site may be reproduced in any showreel, pitch, advertisement or other public material without our consent.
